General Information

Description: Remedy is an Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) application that provides incident, problem management and information technology service management capabilities. This technology is offered both as an on-premises edition and a Platform as a Service (PaaS) edition. The current analysis is for the on-premises offering only.

The TRM decisions in this entry only apply to technologies and versions owned, operated, managed, patched, and version-controlled by VA. This includes technologies deployed as software installations on VMs within VA-controlled cloud environments (e.g., VA Enterprise Cloud (VAEC)).
