Description: Oticon Counseling software provides several utilities for hearing care professionals that are intended to improve counseling and rehabilitation processes for patients with hearing loss. The application is designed to help hearing care professionals motivate patients who have not yet decided to get hearing instruments to take action by explaining the effects that hearing loss can have on life and communication. This software provides patients with a pre-counseling letter, pre-counseling leaflet, no-show letter, post-counseling leaflet, reinforcement letter, and a reinforcement questionnaire.

This software does not utilize a database as data is stored on the user`s local drive.
