Ensure that the OS and the underlying infrastructure that NICE Engage is installed on is configured to run in FIPS mode to protect data at rest and in transit.
Third party and additional NICE solutions must be reviewed and approved onthe VA Technical Reference Model (TRM) prior to installing.
