Per the Initial Product Review, users must abide by the following constraints:
- The Test and Evaluation process will be conducted in a controlled development/test environment.
- The Test and Evaluation Execution team will have access to all relevant documentation for the device.
- All system media will be properly managed and controlled in accordance with VA Handbook 6500.
- Both the hardware and software are configured for operational use throughout the duration of the testing.
- DTBC0050 - Auto updates: Check is not enabled in the VA Group Policy, as ITOPS, Endpoint Engineering manages updates to Windows 10.
- Ensure to leverage use of a FIPS 140-2 validated cryptographic module to secure VA sensitive data on workstations that utilize Microsoft S/MIME Edge Add-on where applicable.
- System owners will need to contact the vendor to provide documentation/installation guides.
- System owners will need to contact the vendor to verify if this product is still in Beta and to provide a non-beta version if available.
