Description: Mango is research specific software application used for viewing, editing, and analyzing volumetric medical images. This technology supports Neuroimaging Informatics Technology Initiative (NIFTI), ANALYZE, National Emergency Management Association (NEMA), and Digital Imaging and Communication in Medicine (DICOM) formats and is able to load and save two-dimensional (2D), three-dimensional (3D), and four-dimensional (4D) images. Mango contains capabilities for the creation and editing of regions of interest within images, surface rendering, overlaying, filtering in space domain, and histogram analysis among other non-clinical functions.

This technology does not utilize a database as any files generated by this technology are saved to the user`s local drive.
